The Director of Coaching and Cohorts will work with the Executive
Minister of Make and Deepen Disciples to create and coordinate
coaching and cohorts for Make and Deepen Disciples with an emphasis on
cohorts related to evangelism, discipleship, and generational
ministries. Additionally, the Director will work across all mission
areas to further collaboration, standardization, and communication for
coaching and learning cohorts. Responsibilities include but are not
