Education and Experience
Required: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business,
Accounting, related field or comparable experience and education.
Minimum five (5) years in a support role, to include experience in an
office environment with financial analysis emphasis. Advanced
Microsoft Excel skills.
Preferred: Experience and knowledge in employment
benefits, especially self-funded health insurance plans and defined
benefit pension plans. Personal engagement with the ECC (preferably
minimum of 1-3 years). Held HIPPA Certification and familiarity with

Able to work well in professional office setting, but occasionally
works in remote locales. Occasional evening/weekend work engagements
and hours. Must be versatile and able to work for prolong segments
sitting, walking, or standing. Must engage frequently with office
tools and equipment, such as: computer, copier, phone,
web-conferencing equipment, digital communication, printers, etc. Must
be able to occasionally lift or move items, less than 35lbs.
